Our S-Series saunas (models ending with LDG), use a new-style control panel. That control panel does NOT use a ribbon cable as in our other models. However, the factory adds a ribbon cable to the parts kit on all models. If you have an S-Series sauna, you do NOT use the ribbon cable, even if one is included in your carton.
